The On Stage tree lily (Lilium OT) will quickly become the star of every garden arrangement. This vigorous variety grows 150 to 200 cm tall and blooms abundantly from July to August. Similarly to the other lilies it takes on an erect habit and its slender, yet strong stems are covered with dark green, shiny, lanceolate leaves. A bouquet of large magnificent pastel pink blooms develop atop each stem in summer. These flowers have yellow coloured bottoms inside and distinct, ornamental anthers.

The variety offered here should be grown on sheltered and sunny sites, as the tall tree lilies that carry a substantial weight of flowers might require staking on open areas. You may expect a long lasting and abundant blooming in every garden soil that is enriched with compost. The soil should not be to heavy, nor waterlogging though. The bulbs of the presented variety can be planted both in the spring and in autumn.
