The anvil sprayer nozzle DEF-04 is an exchangeable accessory for Kwazar pressure sprayers. It is compatible with the original lances of that brand. It is intended for spraying fertilizers and chemical control agents in a way that prevents from carrying over drops by the wind.

The shape of the anvil sprayer nozzle DEF-04 turns the stream into a broad fan of thick droplets. This effect can be achieved at low pressure, too. This nozzle is intended for mounting on a sprayer lance at a 40° angle, allowing for a dusting perpendicular to the ground level. This is by far the best method for dusting contact and soil herbicides even before the emergence of the plants.
