If you worry that your garden becomes boring, please consider purchasing bulbs of the beautiful double daffodil variety called 'Replete' (Narcissus "Replete"). The variety presented here produces erect, up to 40 centimetres tall stems that are adorned with stunning, salmon-pink and white flowers. Their triangular petals with slightly rounded edges look exceptionally tender, while those in the middle are decoratively frizzled. The slender flowering stalks stick out from dense rosettes of sword-shaped leaves. The perennial offered here blooms in April and May. It proves to be a multi-purpose plant. It can adorn flower bed backgrounds and foregrounds. It will also thrive at the pond edges or in larger groupings on lawns.
Despite the 'Replete' daffodil's regal looks it is not demanding. It likes different soil types, provided they are rich in humus and sufficiently permeable. It likes sunny situations and partial shade. Plant its bulbs in autumn, 14 to 18 centimetres deep and 18 x 18 centimetres apart. Cover the daffodil growing sites with lightweight and dry mulch, e.g. conifer twigs.
One package contains 50 bulbs sized 12/14 cm in circumference. The bulbs offered here in our store were bred in Holland.
