Kedron daffodil belongs to large-cupped varieties. Charming narcissi that excrete a subtle scent perfectly match the spring climate. Presented variety produces flowers that consist of whorls of yellow petals and distinct orange crowns. Plants of this variety grow twenty-five to thirty centimetres tall on average. This daffodil develops numerous flowers in March and April. Similarly to its relatives, presented variety is perfect for growing in garden, on a patio, or even in pots. Kedron daffodils makes a great cut flower for bouquets and arrangements in bowls thanks to its wide petals and short funnels.

Daffodils belong to low-requirement plants. These gorgeous flowering plants prefer sunny and semi-shaded places. Rich, moist, yet not water-logging soil provides them with optimal growing conditions. Add a dab of well-fermented compost to the soil before planting to give the plants a head start into vegetation in spring. Do not forget to loosen, thoroughly weed, and rake the soil before planting. Immediately remove wilted flowers to prevent them from developing seeds, what might negatively affect flower production in the coming season. Daffodils belong to hardy plants. Covering the site with a thin layer of mulch or bark helps them survive the winter during snowless and frosty winters. Daffodil is rarely attacked by diseases and pests, what proves to be of an advantage especially in amateur cultivation.
