The Ice Crystal dahlia is a tall plant with large, cream-coloured flowers. Its utterly decorative, twisted petals with splitting tips are the most characteristic feature of this variety. The about 100 centimetres tall Ice Crystal dahlia blooms from July to October. Huge, brightly coloured dahlia flowers with yellow accents in the middle offer a great material for designing flowerbeds and borders. Dahlia is a plant that grows nicely in the ground and in larger containers. It is perfectly suited for corners and edges, it can be planted as a screen or a cover at your favourite place of relaxation. Magnificent dahlia flowers look great in bouquets and other floristic compositions.

The magnificent dahlia feels good at sunny and semi-shaded places. Planting it in fertile, well-cultivated, highly permeable soil brings excellent results. Dahlia tubers should be planted after the last frost, make sure not to bury them too deep. Cover them with a layer of soil no more than 10 centimetres (usually, 5 centimetres would be enough). Keep tubers apart to leave enough place for the abundantly growing plants. It is recommended to plant dahlias every 50 to 100 centimetres. Maintain proper soil humidity during the season. Plants should be fed during the period of intensive growth. As dahlias are sensitive to low temperatures, you must dig them up before the winter. Cool and dry cellars and utility rooms are suitable for storing dahlia tubers.

Each package contains one first choice dahlia seedling of the Ice Crystal variety. Look for basic plant facts and growing tips on the package label.
