Dwarf Bean ‘Amethyst’ is a variety with one-of-a-kind deep purple bean pods and multi-coloured seeds. It is a very tasty bean plant, whose pods grow up to 15 centimetres in length. Dwarf Bean ‘Amethyst’ vegetables can be harvested over an exceptionally long period of time. Mature beans can be eaten as they are.

Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil from May to mid-July; the soil should be rich in nutrients. The seeds germinate at 18-22°C. Grow the plants in 50x5cm spacings in sunny positions. The vegetables are ready to be harvested from July to September.
