Dwarf, green French bean "Saxa" (Phaseolus vulgaris) has enjoyed great popularity among gardeners for a long time due to its great health, productivity and unparalleled quality of its tasty, stringless pods. These are quite broad, regularly shaped, slightly bent and long, as they are 15 cm long when ripe and harvest ready. They can be consumed directly instantly after the harvest, frozen and preserved. French bean is a rich source of B vitamins and minerals, particularly kalium, phosphorus and calcium.

Cultivation of the green "Saxa" might be started in spring or summer on every sunny site with moderately fertile, permeable soil that does not overdry nor crusts in summer heat. Rich crops of the delicious, vividly green pods are harvested in July, August and at the beginning of September.

Each package contains 500 g of "Saxa" green dwarf French bean seeds. Such a large quantity allows for an extraordinarily rich harvest! A growing guide and the sow-by date were printed on the back side of the package.
