Intervention fertiliser against needle browning - Substral - 1 kg is used for growing conifer trees and shrubs when the first signs of yellowing or browning of needles appear, linked to nutrient deficiencies, especially magnesium. The product quickly replenishes missing elements and supports the process of chlorophyll production responsible for the rich green colour of needles. It is worth applying the intervention fertiliser against needle browning immediately after noticing symptoms, to help stop the condition of the plants from deteriorating.
The quickly available form allows plants to efficiently replenish magnesium deficiencies, which takes part in the process of photosynthesis and chlorophyll formation. As a result, the needles regain their deep green colour, and the whole plant can carry out metabolic processes properly. The intervention fertiliser against needle browning works quickly and also supports root system development as well as the overall condition of conifers.
Mineral fertiliser NPK Mg+S. Water-soluble magnesium oxide (MgO) 16%, water-soluble sulphur trioxide (SO₃) 30%.
The intervention fertiliser against needle browning is intended for outdoor garden use, especially in the cultivation of conifer trees and shrubs. The product can be used throughout the growing season, especially after noticing the first symptoms of chlorosis, yellowing or browning of needles. It is suitable for both the care of young plantings and older specimens requiring a quick replenishment of nutrient deficiencies.
For watering, use a solution in a ratio of approximately 1 g of fertiliser per litre of water. When planting conifers, you can apply 25 g of fertiliser per 10 litres of growing medium, mixing it with the soil in the planting hole. For older plants, the rate is 35-50 g/m² for plants up to 2 m tall, while for larger specimens up to 200 g/m².
The granules dissolve very well in water, so they can be used for watering or spraying plants. In case of severe deficiencies, foliar spraying is recommended with a solution prepared from 200 g of fertiliser in 10 litres of water, applied once during the growing season to thoroughly wet the needles. The fertiliser can also be spread around the plants and mixed with the top layer of soil, then watered thoroughly.
The pack contains 1 kg of intervention fertiliser against needle browning. Thanks to its high concentration, the product is very efficient and helps quickly restore the plants' proper colour and good condition.
