Parker's fernleaf yarrow (Achillea filipendulina) is a tall perennial producing extremely large inflorescences that take on a bright, yellow colour. Plants develop erect stems reaching height of up to 120 cm that are densely covered with feathery leaves. Flowers develop from July until early autumn. Single tiny flowers are gathered in dense umbels that make quite an impression. Fernleaf yarrow is a great plant for dry and sunny sites. You may grow it on borders and in rock gardens. The sturdy inflorescences may be cut for dried bouquets.

Spring is the perfect time for planting fernleaf yarrow Parker’s rootstocks. Choose sites with full exposure to sunlight. Even average garden soil would suit this undemanding plant. It prefers, though, permeable, moderately moist, humous soil. This species shows full frost–resistance.

One package contains 1 piece of the yellow–flowered Parker’s fernleaf yarrow rhizome. Each package contains essential growing instructions.
