The Joint Devision tulip is a flower that stands out with its unique appearance and vivid colours. It is considered one of the most intriguing, collector's varieties of fringed tulips. It flowers in April and May and reaches a rather moderate size. Its strong thirty to forty centimetres tall stems support raspberry-red flowers whose petals are adorned with yellow, fringed edges. This delightful set of colours adds an energizing touch to flower beds, illuminates borders, and diversifies vegetation along the paths or an entrance to the house. Apart from the traditional garden use, Joint Devision tulips can be grown in pots and used as cut flowers.

Tulip bulbs planted in September or October yield flowers in spring of the following year. Healthy and strong plants grow in a fertile, permeable soil that is rich in nutrients and humus. Make sure that the soil remains moderately moist, especially that tulips should grow on sunny positions. Tulips are undemanding plants that thrive in most gardens. They do not require much care or attention, all you need to do is basic fertilization, watering, and removing the rests of fading flowers. Digging out the bulbs is not necessary as tulips are resistant to low temperatures. Cover the tulip growing site before the winter to ensure that all bulbs survive the cold unharmed.

One package contains five bulbs of the Joint Devision tulip, sized 11/12 centimetres in circumference. You can find basic plant facts and growing tips on the packaging.
