Lawn fertiliser - Biopon - 3 kg is intended for feeding both established lawns and newly laid turf. It is used when the grass sward needs replenishing with nutrients essential for vigorous growth and turf thickening. A dense, rich green turf is achieved thanks to the high nitrogen content, which stimulates grasses to tiller and promotes rapid thickening of the sward. Biopon lawn fertiliser contains a set of nutrients supporting the development of the root system and the correct course of photosynthesis, which translates into a healthy appearance of the turf.

Composition

Multi-nutrient solid inorganic macronutrient fertiliser. Nutrient content: total nitrogen (N) 12.0%, including ammoniacal nitrogen 6.0%; total phosphorus pentoxide (P₂O₅) 2.6%, including water-soluble 1.7%; water-soluble potassium oxide (K₂O) 8.3%; total magnesium oxide (MgO) 1.2%; water-soluble sulphur trioxide (SO₃) 13.8%. micronutrients: boron (B) 0.01%, copper (Cu) 0.01%, zinc (Zn) 0.01%.

Application and feeding period

Biopon lawn fertiliser is intended for all types of garden lawns. It is applied during the period of intensive grass growth - in March, May or June, and in August. The product can also be used when establishing a new lawn, when the soil requires prior enrichment with nutrients.

Dosage

For established lawns, use a dose of 20-30 g of fertiliser per m² of surface area. For newly laid lawns, the recommended amount is 40-50 g/m², applied once when establishing the turf and again after about a month. A 3 kg pack is sufficient on average to fertilise about 150 m² of lawn.

Directions for use

Before fertilising, it is recommended to mow the lawn, then spread the fertiliser evenly over the turf surface, preferably using a fertiliser spreader. After spreading, water the fertiliser thoroughly so that the nutrients can dissolve and penetrate the soil, where they are taken up by the grass roots. When establishing a new lawn, the product should be mixed with the soil about 10-14 days before sowing the seeds.
