Thanks to this invention you don't have to sow seed-by-seeds, neither take care of the proper spacings, nor thin out the too dense emergence.

Leaf parsley (Petroselinum crispum) contains more vitamins (A, B1, B2, C), minerals (particularly calcium, potassium and iron) and essential oils than parsley roots. Dense, abundant haulm of the aromatic, ornamentally frizzled leaves sitting on juicy, thick petioles may be harvested from a pot placed on a balcony or terrace. This variety is hardy and undemanding: it only needs a permeable pot soil rich in humus, watering and direct exposure to sunlight. Its seeds germinate after 15-20 days of the sow.

Parsley leaves are used to season a variety of dishes. They will enhance flavour of your soups, sauces and meat dishes. Parsley owes its original taste and aroma to the high content of the beneficial essential oils. These substances stimulate production of gastric juices, hence such green addition to greasy dishes would make them more digestible. Parsley leaves may be eaten raw, frozen or dried.
