The low growing Greigii orange will light up your rock garden or flower bed. This charming dwarf cultivar develops short, stiff and thick, 15-30 cm tall flowering stalks, atop of which single, deep, round, cup-shaped blooms appear. The saturated, juicy orange colour of its petals immediately attracts attention. Large, bent, dark green leaves of this variety also display ornamental value. The low growing tulip "Greigii orange" that blooms from mid-spring on, is perfectly suited for cultivation in the ground and in pots.
Bulbs of this exceptional perennial should be planted in autumn in large groups in 8 x 8 cm spacings. In order for the plants to develop richly each year, provide them with a highly permeable soil rich in humus. The low growing "Greigii orange" tulip will look particularly attractive as a colourful spot in company of the related low growing varieties that develop yellow, white and red blooms.
One package contains 50 bulbs of the "Greigii orange" low-growing tulip, sized 11/12 cm. The basic plant growing instructions have been printed on the package.
