Lychnis ‘Orange Gnome’, which is a rampant perennial variety, grows around 40 centimetres in height and produces upright shoots with orangish-red flowers. During the flowering period, the shoots turn purple, which significantly increases its decorative potential. Lychnis ‘Orange Gnome’ is highly suitable for rockeries and perennial beds and is highly valued for a high value as a cut flower.

Growing: sow the seeds in planter boxes or in a seedbed from May to June. The plants require medium moist humus soils in sunny positions. The young plants need to be protected from frost. The plant flowers from June to July. Apart from rockeries, it is recommended to be grown on rocky slopes.
