This is an early variety of Popcorn. The cobs are ready to be harvested when the seeds are ripe and the husks are dry. Make Popcorn by frying the dried seeds in a covered frying pan with a little olive oil.

Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil in 40x40cm spacings in mid-May; sow 3 to 4 seeds, 4 to 6 centimetres deep into the soil, in each position. Thin the plants after the seeds have germinated so as to leave two plants in each position. This variety loves sunny positions in soils that are rich in nutrients.

Each packet contains ten grams of seeds.
