1. Access info and hosting

You can access our websites without providing your personal data. At every call of a webpage the server automatically stores only the so called server logs, e.g. the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of the call, the amount of sent data, the name of the internet service provider that sends the request, and files the website call.

That data is analysed solely for the purpose of proper functioning of the website and improving our offer. The above is – in the context of interest assessment – to protect our legitimate interests of the optimal presentation of our offer. All data is deleted within seven days after you have finished using our website.

Hosting services provided by an external provider

Within the scope of data processing we have commissioned an external service provider with hosting and website presentation services. All date that are collected, in the manner described herein, in the process of using our website or through the appropriate forms in the web shop are stored on servers of that external service provider. The processing on other servers takes place only within the scope set out herein.

The above mentioned service provider has its seat in the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Collecting and processing data for the purpose of the performance of an agreement and user account generation

We collect your personal data only when you provide it to us at your discretion by placing your order, contacting us (e.g. through a contact form or via e-mail), or creating your user account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data collected through them are necessary to perform the agreement, process the case you contacted us about, or create your user account. Without providing that data, you are not able to place an order, create a user account, nor contact us. The type of collected data is determined by the form that is used for entering the data. We use data that you provide us with to perform the agreement and answer your queries. After the performance of the agreement or deletion of your user account, the processing of your data will be reduced and after the end of the storing periods required by the tax regulations and the act on accounting that data will be deleted, unless you explicitly agree to further use of that data, or according to the valid law we reserve the right to further use of the date. In the latter case, we will inform you about that reservation in an appropriate statement. You can delete your user account at any given time. You can do it by sending a message to our address indicated in the “Our contact data and your rights” section or by using the appropriate function within your user account.

3. Transfering personal data

To perform the agreement, we transfer your data to a courier service company that is commissioned with the delivery, if it is necessary to deliver your order. Depending on the payment service provider you choose while completing your order, we transfer payer’s data collected for that purpose to the credit institution that processes the payment and possibly to the payment service provider chosen by you or us. Some payment service providers collect personal data on their own if you create a user account on their platform. In that event, you should log onto the payment service provider’s platform using your login details to complete the order. Please note that in such case the Privacy Policy of the given payment service provider applies.

Personal data transferred to courier service providers

Shall you grant your explicit consent to it during or after completing the order, we will pass your email address and phone number to the courier service company of your choice to let them contact you before the delivery to notify you about it or to agree the time and date of the delivery.

The above mentioned consent can be withdrawn anytime by sending a message to our address indicated in the “Our contact data and your rights” section or by sending a message directly to the contact address of a courier company provided below. After withdrawing your consent, we will delete your data, unless you explicitly agree to further use of your data for other purposes or we reserve the right to further use of the data in cases allowed by the. In the latter case, we will inform you about that reservation in an appropriate statement.

5. Integration with Trusted Shops Trustbadge

To present user reviews collected by the Trusted Shops review system, our website is integrated with the Trustbadge application supplied by Trusted Shops.

8. Social media plugins

That information will also be published on the given social media platform and displayed to users that belong to your contacts.
