The Sam Arnott multi-flowered snowdrop is a plant whose flowers often appear at the end of winter. Lovely snowdrops are very popular among garden owners who eagerly grow them on their property. Large, two-and-a-half centimetres (one inch) wide flowers with a pleasant, honey scent make presented plant stand out from its relatives. A vigorous snowdrop develops from small bulbs to decorate the garden with its characteristic white flowers adorned with a green mark. Erect, subtle shoots and narrow, gray-green leaves grow no taller than twenty centimetres (eight inches). This beautiful, unpretentious plant propagates easily, creating naturally-looking, charming colonies. Multif-flowered snowdrops look splendid on the front line of a flower bed, in a rock garden, and at a clearings under the canopy. You can also adorn lawns and path edges with them.

Snowdrop is an undemanding, easy-to-grow plant. It feels great in a well-drained soil, both in full sun and partial shade. It prefers moist, loose, and humous soil. Snowdrop can grow very quickly under good conditions. It comes back in greater numbers every year, decorating the area with a white-and-green carpet bedding. Plant snowdrop bulbs in autumn, eight to ten centimetres (three to four inches) deep. Afterwards, the plants do not require any special treatment. You should dig them out and divide only if the clusters get too dense.
