Savoury herb selection consists of three species: mizuna, also known as Japanese mustard (Brassica mizuna), rocket, or arugula (Eruca sativa) and black mustard (Sinapis nigra). All those plants are easy in cultivation, highly productive and harvested at the similar time. Sowing this selection in your garden or a pot will provide you with a ready herb composition with intense, savoury taste, that acts great as salad seasoning, addition to meat and oriental dishes.
Seeds of the savoury herb mix should be sown directly into the field in the second half of spring, or a little earlier to a balcony box. The plants need sunlight and a permeable, well drained, humous soil. Appetizing green, young leaves that are rich in vitamin C, provitamin A, valuable minerals and essential oils can be harvested in summer or early in autumn, depending on the date of sowing.
Each package contains 5 g of savoury herbs seed mix. A growing guide and the sow-by date were printed at the back side of the package.
