Brown mustard sprouts are a real vitamin bomb. They contain vitamins A, B and C and plenty of mineral substances, such as phosphorus, kalium, sulphur and iron. Thanks to that fact they are not only beneficial to our health (i.a. they work wonders for the gut flora), but also help us to get rid of toxins.
Brown mustard seeds are used for producing mustard sauces, whom they give the distinct, tasty flavour. Its sprouts also sport great taste and are a welcomed addition to meat and fish dishes.
Brown mustard sprouts should be grown in sprouting trays. With a proper care and regular water level checks the sprouts would be ready to be eaten after only 5 days.
