Siberian iris See Ya Later is a stunning perennial with a tufted habit. From May to June, this abundantly growing plant is adorned with semi-double flowers of extraordinary beauty. Their intense, purple colour perfectly contrasts with light green, grassy foliage, that densely shoots from underground rhizomes. Iris flowers of the offered variety are decorated with a sophisticated veined pattern, typical of the species. The whole plant reaches about 70 centimetres in height, which makes it suitable for the middle and back part of flower bed, whether soilitary or in a group. Presented variety flowers reliably thanks to its resistance to diseases and pests, and low requirements. Impressive green tuft with lots of purple flowers constitutes a wonderful addition to perennial borders, naturalistic plantings, flowerbeds, and a modern greenery. Due to its moisture-loving nature, Siberian iris present an obvious choice when arranging reservoirs and streams.

Iris sibirica tolerates various soils, but grows best in fertile, light, and permeable soil. Do not plant iris rhizomes too deep. Vigorous growth demands space. Distribute tubers in 30-to-50-centimetre spacings. Weeding, watering, and fertilizing is all you need to take proper care of your iris. We also recommend trimming stems with faded flowers. Plants need rejuvenation, e.g. dividing and replanting rhizomes every few years. The plants are fully hardy.

Each package contains one seedling of the Siberian iris See Ya Later. Packaging label contains basic plant facts and a quick growing guide.
