- resistance to treading and other mechanical wear and tear

- forms a dark green, dense lawn

- regular, frequent mowing helps maintaining the turf in excellent condition

- recommended for sporting grounds and all places, where lawns are intensively, heavily used

- 50% - perennial ryegrass

- 50% - Kentucky bluegrass (smooth meadow-grass)
