White variety of the sweet alyssum (Lobularia maritima) has won hearts of the gardeners with its minimal cultivation requirements and abundant blooming. This low growing (10 - 30 cm tall) plant displays a broad, bushy habit. Clusters of myriads of tiny, white flowers form on the tops of the crawling shoots. Thanks to them sweet allison, as this plant is also called, looks like white cascade from June to October. It is worth planting on elevated borders, edgings and in rockeries, everywhere, where it can create a charming flowery waterfall.
