The Tripartite daffodil is a fragrant bulbous plant that produces vividly yellow flowers. Its distinguishing feature are three buds developing on one stalk. Each of the sunny yellow flowers measures about five centimetres in diameter. Their petals spread widely, disclosing a split cup and adding lightness to the blooms. Tufts of grassy leaves and multi-flower stems that they surround reach the standard height of the species, from forty to sixty centimetres. The characteristic yellow daffodil flowers belong to spring evergreen hits in home gardens and allotments. Most varieties of the species, Tripartite being no exception, look marvellous when planted in larger quantities. That growing method guarantees creation of a fabulous landscape right outside your window. It also offers you a steady supply of cut flowers.

The charming Tripartite daffodil does not require much of a gardener's attention, as it belongs to undemanding plants. It prefer sunny positions, but will also tolerate partial shade. Plants of the offered variety thrive in well-drained, humous, and moderately moist soil that is rich in nutrients. Autumn is the right time to plant daffodil bulbs. Put daffodil bulbs into holes whose depth equals twice or thrice bulb's height. Even though daffodils are hardy plants, we recommend to cover before the winter in the first years of cultivation. Use tree bark, dry leaves, de-acidified peat, or conifer twigs for that purpose. Do not forget to remove wilted flowers to prevent plants from producing seeds.

One package contains five bulbs of the Tripartite daffodil. Look for the basic plant facts and growing instructions on the package label.
