The Whistler Asiatic lily is a plant of a somewhat exotic appearance. This eye-catching, noble variety presents a great way of complementing your summer flower collection. The lily available in our store adds colour to a garden and home interior. Dark purple spots adorn the pink-orange flowers of the Whistler lily. This unique pattern gets denser near the base of petals. Distinct red anthers with yellow heads protrude from the centre of each greenish calyx. Dazzling Whistler lily flowers look splendid on ninety to one-hundred-and-twenty centimetres (thirty-six to forty-eight inches) tall stems. The flowers point upwards, what makes them perfectly visible among the lush green, oblong leaves. Summer is the flowering period of this beautiful plant. Whistler lily looks brilliant combined with pink roses and other lily varieties with orange flowers. It it is perfectly suited for planting along brick walls and at lawn corners.

Asiatic lily bulbs easily take root in various types of soil. We recommend using a well-cultivated, light, nutrient-rich, and moderately moist soil for growing of this species. Plant its bulbs in spring and autumn. To produce beautiful flowers, lilies need a bright and sheltered spot. Lilies produce many flowers, so removing fading plants is recommended, so that the bulbs can accumulate as much nutrients as possible for the next season.

We hereby offer one bulb of the Whistler Asiatic lily, sized sixteen to eighteen centimetres in circumference. The packaging label contains essential plant facts and growing instructions.
