The white large-flowered crocus is a perennial that grows from an underground bulb. Crocus, a plant that can pierce the last layer of snow, belongs to unquestioned signs of spring. Each crocus bulb produces one flower that consists of six rounded, white petals and three orange anthers. Crocus may flower already in February. Last flowers appear in April. The undemanding, easy-to-grow crocus perfectly complement home gardens. They can be used in a variety of ways and fit onto low borders and rock gardens. Crocus patches look great under still leafless trees or a still bleak lawn. This species can also grow in a pot, basket, or planter.

Crocus loves sunny sites that quickly warm after the winter. Presented plant prefers soil that is reach in humus, permeable, and does not contain too much clay. We recommend enriching a crocus planting site with organic fertilizer. Plant crocus bulbs in autumn, preferably in September and October. Water them abundantly after planting. Afterwards, only sparsely, just not to let the soil dry out. Crocus does not require much attention, still, it is worth feeding it with multicomponent fertilizer that provides the plant with a sufficient amount of nutrients needed for the healthy growth and flowering.

One package contains 10 bulbs of white large-flowered crocus. Essential plant facts and growing instructions were printed on the package label.
