Begonia Pastel mix is our unique proposition for all fans of bright, shiny colours. This plant, captivating with its rich form and classic, compact habit, is perfect for arranging a home greenery or decorating a terrace. The eye-pleasing and versatile begonia is an irreplaceable plant for containers, boxes, and baskets. A persistently flowering begonia can also grow on the foreground of a flowerbed or be used to create a charming flower bed in front of the house. Double flowers of the presented pastel mix will brilliantly emphasize a quiet, warm relaxation corner or an atmospheric balcony. You can also grow tuberous begonias all year long in a pot or planter.

You have to dig out begonia tubers before the winter, as it belongs to non-hardy perennials. After storing them in appropriate conditions, plant tubers at a bright place, where light would be slightly diffused, or in partial shade. Scorching sun is not suitable for begonia cultivation, as the juicy, fleshy shoots and leaves could quickly get burned. Charming begonia is also quite fragile, so make sure to find a situation that is sheltered from the wind for them. Plant begonia tubers from January to May, in a fertile, humus, and permeable soil with a neutral or slightly acidic reaction. Begonia likes moderately moist soil that does not waterlog, which can result in various diseases and plant decay. Regular fertilization and watering allows to maintain the attractive appearance of your begonias.

Each package contains two tubers of the begonia Pastel mix. Basic plant facts and a quick growing guide were printed on the packaging label.
