The Samba begonia mix is a group of plants whose flowers take on bright, pastel colours. Double flowers with wavy petals are extremely decorative and splendidly present their charm on the background of dark green, pointed leaves with denticulated edges. Begonias' delicate flower heads delight with their wonderful appearance throughout the summer and at the beginning of autumn. Subtle colours of the presented selection look great in decorative vases, wicker baskets, and large ceramic bowls. Samba begonia mix consists of low, compact, erect plants. They are suitable for planting at the edges of bedding compositions, they look wonderful in arrangements in pots on a balcony and terrace. Begonia, that develops from underground tubers, is a species with a long flowering period. It produces highly enjoyable flowers from June to October.

Growing begonia is easy and even garden beginners would master it without much effort. Planting time depends on the cultivation method. The traditional option, direct planting into the ground, is possible after May 15, when there is no risk of frost. Forcing begonias allows you to plant tubers already in March, in pots placed in warm, bright rooms. Plant tubers with the concave side up and cover with a thin layer of soil. Water and fertilize the impressive yet fragile begonia regularly. Removing faded flowers is also a good idea. Begonia cannot winter in the ground. Dig out tubers before the first frost and store over the winter at a temperature within the 7 to 10⁰ range, covered with peat or sand.

Each package contains two bulbs of the begonia Samba mix. Packaging label contains basic plant facts and a quick growing guide.
