You can easily grow flax sprouts at home. Place the rinsed, soaked in water seeds on gauze or a sprouter tray. Place the culture in a warm, light place that is not directly exposed to sunlight. Regular watering is the key to success in growing sprouts. For that reason rinse the sprouting seeds at least twice daily, but make sure that the seeds are not immersed in water. The flax sprouts are ready to eat within 4 to 7 days after starting the culture.
