Buckwheat BIO sprouting seeds are not that popular, yet we recommend to consider growing them due to their exceptional taste and high content of vitamins, micronutrients and rutin. They positively affect the functioning of the cardio-vascular system and the veins, as well as the immune system. Their taste is rather tender, but it tremendously enriches the flavour of salads, sandwiches, sauces and soups. You may also add them to cottage cheese or serve them sweet with dried fruit and honey. Choose only premium quality seeds for home sprout production. Certified organic seeds are the guarantee of growing healthy sprouts.

Buckwheat sprouts are easy to grow, as you may easily grow them on a windowsill. Rinse the sprouting seeds thoroughly and soak a few hours in lukewarm water. Place them on a sprouter tray or in a jar covered with gauze. Place the culture on a bright and warm place. Water the sprouts at least twice daily. The container you would be using for growing sprouts should allow the excess water to run off, as the sprouts should not be immersed in water. You will be able to eat your young greens after 2 to 4 days.
