This set contains the following products:

Buckwheat sprouts are easy to grow and you can easily cultivate them on a windowsill. Rinse the seeds thoroughly and soak them in lukewarm water for several hours. Place them on the sprouter tray and put it in a bright, warm spot. Water the sprouts at least twice a day. The container that you use should allow the excess water to run off freely, as the sprouts should not be immersed in water. The home grown sprouts can be eaten after 2 to 4 days.

Each package contains 50 grams of the BIO Buckwheat Certified organic seeds and a large sprouter - sprout growing container. The growing instructions and the sow-by date were printed on the package.
