Catalina Pink Torenia, also known as the Wishbone Flower, is an annual potted plant that grows 20 to 25 centimetres in height and flowers 12 to 13 weeks after the seeds have been sown. One of its most appealing features is its hardiness, which makes the plant suitable to grow in changeable weather conditions. Catalina Pink Torenia is a fine plant for decorating balconies and terraces along with single-species or mixed plants.

Growing: sow the seeds in pots or planter boxes under heated cover from February to April (they require pricking out). The seeds germinate in 8 to 15 days at 18-20oC .Pluck the seedlings in order to promote growth. Plant out into a permanent position when there is no risk of frost. The plants grow well in semi-shaded or covered positions in fertile permeable soils. 0.25g of seeds produce around one thousand plants.
