The Korolkowii crocus is a very attractive botanical variety. It blooms already in February, bringing joy with its bright yellow flowers with a slightly brownish inside. The petals take on a chocolate brown colour with a touch of deep red on the outside, particularly at the perianth base. The presented variety is valued for its exceptionally long blooming period. Crocus is a resistant species, but we recommend to plant it on sheltered and warm sites in order to allow it to present its early flowers. The crocus that we offer here propagates quickly, creating the colourful, wild carpet beddings. This small, 10-cm tall flower brings plenty of joy into the garden after a long and grey winter.

These tiny flowers form a magnificent flower bed and border edging decoration. It looks particularly well in larger groupings. It is perfect for a rock or alpine garden. They fit exceptionally well into ornamental containers, large bowls, boxes and baskets. They propagate quickly, what proves to be of great essence when you naturalize the lawn.

Schedule the crocus planting for autumn, a few weeks before the first frost. Choose a sunlit or partially shady site. It is worth providing them with a permeable soil that warms quickly and has a slightly acidic reaction. The appropriate humidity is also important.

Each package contains 10 bulbs of the Korolkowii crocus. The basic plant information and growing tips can be found on the product label.
