Daylilies are quickly growing, sturdy perennials that develop large, fragrant blooms. Growing these plants belongs to the easiest gardening tasks. Resistance to external factors, including weather, belongs to the most important advantages of this species. The "Autumn Red" variety presented here may grow over 50 cm tall and its six petal flowers stand out with dark red colour, visible stripes and yellow perianth. This plant will thrive on a warm site in the full sun. It does not have any special requirements in regard to the soil that might surprise a potential grower.
