Daffodil "Flower Parade" (Narcissus) is a fascinating, tall variety that produces large, double, bicolour blooms. This magnificent, undemanding perennial blooms in the middle of spring, at the end of April and beginning of May. It develops erect, vividly green, 40-45 cm tall stalks and erect leaves over which the unusual blooms appear: its creamy white petals do not only surround the corona, but also emerge from its centre. The corona is ornamentally split and takes on a bright yellow-orange colour. The double flowers of the "Flower Parade" daffodil excrete a sweet fragrance and therefore provide great material for fresh bouquets. This cultivar perfectly fits onto borders into arrangements with other double and single narcissi varieties, such as "Bridal Crown", "Eastertide" or "Jetfire", as well as medium early blooming tulips.

In order to grow large, nicely coloured flowers, narcissi bulbs should be planted in the full sun or partial shade, onto fertile, humous soil with moderately acidic, neutral reaction. The plants look best in groups consisting of a few or dozens of plants.

One package contains 5 "Flower Parade" daffodil bulbs sized 12/14 cm. The most important growing instructions have been included in the package information.
