This fertiliser for bulb plants with macro- and micronutrients - Sumin - 1 kg is intended for feeding bulb flowers grown in the ground, such as tulips, daffodils, lilies, gladioli or crocuses. It supports rapid root development, proper bulb growth and abundant flowering, which translates into larger and better-coloured flowers. Regular use helps obtain strong plants and healthy offspring bulbs in the following seasons.
The increased content of phosphorus and potassium promotes bud formation and extends the flowering period, so the plants retain a high ornamental value. Nitrogen in two forms supports the development of above-ground parts, while magnesium and sulphur improve the intensity of leaf and flower colour. Each granule contains a full set of nutrients, ensuring even nourishment of the plants and stable growth.
7.0% total nitrogen (N), including 3.5% ammoniacal nitrogen and 3.5% urea nitrogen; 10.0% total phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5), including 5.5% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) soluble in formic acid; 10.0% potassium oxide (K2O) soluble in water; 3.6% magnesium oxide (MgO); 19.0% sulphur trioxide (SO3); 0.05% boron (B); 0.100% copper (Cu); 0.10% iron (Fe); 0.10% manganese (Mn); 0.010% molybdenum (Mo); 0.100% zinc (Zn).
The fertiliser for bulb plants with macro- and micronutrients is used from March to October. The product is intended for cultivation "for flowers" and "for offspring bulbs", as well as for feeding plants during the growing season, depending on the species and growth stage.
Before planting, use 15-40 g per m². In cultivation "for offspring bulbs", use 15-50 g per m². During the growing season, adjust the dose to the species: for example, for lilies in spring 15-25 g per m², and before flowering 25-50 g per m²; for tulips, after shoots appear 15-25 g per m² and in the bud stage 25-50 g per m². Higher doses should be used on poor soils, lower doses on fertile soils.
Spread the granules evenly on the soil surface and mix them with the growing medium before planting the bulbs. During the growing season, apply the fertiliser as a top dressing, taking care to distribute it evenly. Bulbs are usually planted at a depth of two or three times their height, in a permeable growing medium with a near-neutral pH.
The pack contains 1 kg of granules. This fertiliser for bulb plants with macro- and micronutrients supports proper root development, abundant flowering and the growth of strong bulbs, so it is worth including it in the fertilising programme for bulb flowers.
