The model that we offer here allows you to prepare a long line of evenly sized fondant beads in four different sizes - from tiny drops to larger bubbles. Since this mould is flexible, removing of the ready product is easy, no matter the material it has been manufactured of - sugar paste, marzipan or chocolate. You only need to put the filled form into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes, take it out and gently bend in order to easily and safely remove the pearls.
