Garden nasturtium "Milkmaid" (Tropaeolum majus) provides an interesting alternative to popular flowering creepers. This vigorous, easily cultivated and undemanding annual plant develops slender, sprawling and creeping shoots that are densely covered with characteristic, impressive leaves. The first, large, ellegant, creamy-white flowers shyly emerge between them in July. This creeper retains its ornamental value all summer long until the beginning of autumn, as the blooms begin to wither in September.

Seeds of this undemanding plant are sown in the second half of spring directly to the permanent site. Tall variety of the garden nasturtium "Milkmaid" will attractively climb on a wire fence and will not overload it with tiny weight of its slender shoots. This plant will also work well on larger, stronger supports, such as pergolas, treillages and gazebos. To develop healthy it needs sunlight and a permeable, humous, not overdried soil. This variety provides harmonious, ornamental background for a multi-coloured flower bed and low growing shrubs. It will also cover less decorative garden spots, such as empty garage walls or fences.

Each package contains 5 g of "Milkmaid" garden nasturtium seeds. Package information contains a growing guide and the sow-by date.
