"That's Love" gladiolus is a variety producing sweet, pink coloured blooms with a ruby spots. The large, funnel-shaped flowers with wavy petals grow on the strong, unbranched stalks. Linear, narrow, juicy green leaves with parallel venation underscore the erect habit of the plants. The subtle, pastel colour contrasting with the saturated, almost crimson spots on the bottom petals form magnificent visual effect. These plants grow maximally 100 cm tall and look best planted in larger groupings, whether single variety of mixed. Their erect growth form harmonises with other flowers of similar height: lilies, rudbeckias and sneezeweeds. Gladioli of the "That's Love" variety are exceptionally ornamental and may form an intriguing, seasonal feature, but they are also perfect cut flowers that stay fresh and beautiful in bouquets for a long time. Their flowering period falls in July and August.

If you plan planting gladioli, take care of the proper soil preparation. It should be fertile, permeable and with closed to neutral reaction. Planting them gradually every 2 - 3 weeks would significantly extend the flowering period of these majestic plants. Watering is needed during periodic droughts. Excavate gladioli bulbs three to five weeks after the blooming. Store them in cool, ventilated rooms where temperature remains over the freezing point.
