Orange Sneezeweed, also known as the Owl's Claws, is a perennial plant that grows 100 to 180 centimetres in height. Its flowering period lasts three months; it starts in May and spans to July. With beautiful decorative yellow-orange flowers, Orange Sneezeweed is an ideal plant for perennial beds, shrub groupings and can also be used as a cut flower.
Growing: sow the seeds under cover or in a seedbed from April to June. The seeds germinate in 7 to 10 days at 20°C. Plant out into a permanent position in 40x70cm spacings from August to September. The plants require slightly moist fertile light soils and love sunny positions. Five grams of seeds produce around one thousand plants.
