Red sweet "Ozarowska" pepper (Capsicum annuum) stands out from other varieties intended for greenhouse and plastic tunnel cultivation with its unique, excellent taste. It is recommended to all lovers of large vegetables that can be eaten raw, preserved, filled or used in hearty stews. "Ozarowska" pepper fruit have juicy, sweet, thick flesh hidden under dark red skin. They strike the eyes with nice, regular, block shape and are valued for their high vitamin C (more than in citrus fruit), as well as B-complex vitamins, iron, calcium and magnesium content.

The seeds of the proposed variety are sown early in spring at home, in plastic tunnels, in a hotbed or under covers. Well developed seedlings are transplanted to plastic tunnels built on sunny sites and equipped with humous, permeable and moisture-retaining soil. As this plant grows tall, it will need staking. Its fruit are ready to be harvested and consumed from August until mid-October.
