The Red Charm calla or arum lily is a brand-new Zantedeschia variety. It distinguishes from its cousins not only by its charming flowers. Thick flower stalks are dark red and take on similar colour as the edges and petioles of dark green leaves. This plant takes on an erect growth form and produces narrow, elongated leaves, and trumpet shaped flowers that sit on thick, fleshy stems. The magnificent red colour of the flower cups fluidly transforms into the darker shade of the stem. The erect leaves are additionally adorned by pale, irregular spots. The Red Charm Zantedeschia is an exceptional plant that you can easily grow at home and in the garden. It wonderfully decorates pots, planters, and boxes that you can arrange at home or outside, as soon as the temperature stabilizes. You can also find a spot for calla lily on the garden border during warm summer months.

Growing arum lilies becomes more and more popular throughout Europe. You can admire the unique beauty of those plants after planting their bulbs in light, permeable, and drained soil. Please not that Zantedeschia does not like dried out earth and prefers moderate, yet constant moisture level. It likes sunlight, yet tolerates partial, periodical shade. Regular fertilization also belongs to key factors. Dig out plants that grow in the garden before the first cold waver to protect the plants from getting hurt. Store bulbs in a cool, dry room until spring.

We hereby offer one bulb of the Red Charm calla lily, sized 18/20 centimetres in circumference. Basic plant facts and growing instructions were printed on the package label.
