The Rivendell gladioli of the Bambino cultivar group stands out with a compact, lower growth form that allows to plant it in pots and planters that adorn a terrace of a balcony. Flowers of this variety fascinate with their unique colour. The white-silver cups with hint of yellow and a dark accent in the middle are truly exceptional. All gladioli delight with their appearance. In this case, a slender erect stem produces 12 to 18 flowers that adorn the plant for a long time. The Rivendell gladiolus, planted e.g. with ferns, attracts attention in every garden. A stylish bouquet of the majestic flowers stays fresh for days. The Rivendell gladiolus grows 60 to 90 centimetres tall and flowers in July and August for 12 to 25 days.

Plant gladioli on a sunny site, where the soil is fertile, humous, and properly cultivated. Bulb planting time starts already in mid-April when the soil has warmed up sufficiently and dried after the winter. Place the slightly flattened corms the pointed side up into 8 to 12 centimetre tall holes, about 15 centimetres apart. Gladioli bulbs cannot winter in the ground and must be dug out before the winter. Store them in cool and airy rooms.

One package contains 50 gladioli bulbs of the presented variety. These bulbs are sized 12/14 centimetres in circumference. The basic plant information and growing instructions can be found on the package label.
