Sorrel is a perennial plants which produces very healthy leaves that grow fairly large. The leaves are an excellent addition to many dishes, including soups and salads. Make sure not to cultivate Sorrel in the same position over a period longer than 3 to 4 years.
Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil from the spring to late August; sow the seeds one centimetre deep into the soil in rows in 30-40cm spacings. This variety grows well in any type of soil as long as the soil is not sandy. Harvest the plants once they have developed 5 leaves; they can be harvested to the end of summer.
Each packet contains three grams of seeds.
