Tree lily "Donato" (Lilium OT) delights with its height and extremely decorative blooming. Its strong stems that are densely covered with leaves grow even 150-200 cm in favourable conditions. A few large, brightly pink blooms appear atop of them. These blooms develop gradually, one after another from July to August. The exuberantly blooming tree lily "Donato" will reign over borders. It looks particularly stunning in small groupings.

Tree lily is a rather demanding plant that needs fertile, permeable and airy, yet moderately moist soils in order to develop and grow properly. It prefers sunny or only partially shady sites. We recommend to mulch and regularly fertilize the plants. Tree lily bulbs may be planted in spring and autumn, because they are totally frost resistant and do not need to be excavated before the winter.
