The presented DELLA CASA wholemeal bread pan is a reliable, ovenproof silicon mould that is resistant to high temperatures and easy to use. Its main advantage is its stiffness, that allows to give the rather heavy wholemeal breads the desired shape, and the flexibility that makes taking out the baked bread easy. The DELLA CASA bread mould can be used in electric and gas ovens, including fan ovens. The maximal baking temperature is 250°C, what allows you to bake bread and cakes, as well as roast and bake meat dishes, such as the meatloaf. The food does not stick to the inner sides of the mould and you do not have to grease it before baking. This product is dishwasher safe.
