For tomatoes on alkaline soils, apply once at 4.5-6.0 kg/100 m² before planting. One handful is approximately 50 g of fertiliser, which makes it easier to measure the correct amount.

Ammonium sulphate should be spread evenly over the soil surface or around plants, and then mixed into the top layer of the growing medium.
