Ammonium sulphate - acidifying - Ogród-Start - 20 kg is used to effectively lower soil pH and provide plants with easily available nitrogen that supports vigorous growth. This product is particularly well suited for growing acid-loving plants such as blueberries, rhododendrons, hydrangeas and magnolias, as well as for preparing sites for other species on alkaline or neutral soils. Regular use of ammonium sulphate helps create the right conditions for the healthy development of demanding plants.
Ammonium sulphate effectively acidifies the growing medium, which improves the availability of nutrients and allows plants to use them more efficiently. The nitrogen contained in it in ammonium form supports the development of above-ground parts and biomass increase, while the presence of sulphur supports metabolic processes. As a result, plants grow stronger and their development takes place in stable soil conditions.
Total nitrogen (N) 20.8%. Sulphur trioxide (SO3) 60%.
Ammonium sulphate is intended for pre-sowing application and for use during cultivation from March to June. It is recommended particularly for alkaline and neutral soils and for growing acid-loving plants such as blueberries, rhododendrons, hydrangeas and magnolias. The product can be used both before planting and during plant growth to maintain the correct soil reaction.
Acid-loving plants are fertilised in two doses of 30 g/m², the first before the start of growth and the second at the beginning of June. For tomatoes on alkaline soils, apply once at 4.5-6.0 kg/100 m² before planting. One handful is approximately 50 g of fertiliser, which makes it easier to measure the correct amount.
Ammonium sulphate should be spread evenly over the soil surface or around plants, and then mixed into the top layer of the growing medium. In the case of pre-sowing application, the product can be mixed with the soil in the planned cultivation area. This application ensures even action and allows plants to use the nutrients gradually.
Ammonium sulphate effectively regulates soil pH and provides nitrogen in a readily available form, supporting the healthy development of acid-loving plants. It is a practical solution for preparing the growing site and maintaining suitable growing conditions.
