Evening primrose BIO sprouting seeds offer you a great possibility to grow diet-enriching sprouts on your own. Evening primrose sprouts supply plenty of zinc, iron, iodine, lithium, manganese and selenium. They also contain a rich set of vitamins, including the A, C, E, PP and B vitamins. Sprouts are not only healthy, but also tasty, as they delight with their savoury, distinct flavour. They taste great eaten raw as addition to salads, sandwiches, cottage cheese and bread spreads. You may also sprinkle them over warm plates and soups in order to enhance their taste right before serving. The premium quality certified organic seeds originate from eco-friendly farms that do not use artificial fertilizers, nor chemical plant protection agents.
Growing sprouts is easy and does not require much work. Rinse your sprouting seeds with water and than soak for several hours in lukewarm water. Place them on a sprouter tray or in jar covered with gauze. Place the container in warm and bright place, but remember that a windowsill directly exposed to sunlight does not belong to the optimal sprout growing sites. Regularly water the culture with lukewarm, preferably previously boiled water. The sprouts should not dry out, nor stand in water. The evening primrose sprouts will be ready to eat already after 2 - 4 days after starting the culture.
One package contains 50 g of the certified organic BIO sprouting seeds of evening primrose. There are growing instructions and the sow-by date printed on the package.
