"Boiskowa BIS" (Sports ground) lawn seed mix is a unique selection of grasses that dazzle with enhanced resistance to mechanical damage and high tolerance to unfavourable environmental conditions. Fifty per cent of the offered selection consists of tall fescue varieties. This species displays excellent biological features - it has broadly spreading and deeply reaching roots, making it a very sturdy turf component. Other parts of the "Boiskowa BIS" lawn seed mix complement the above mentioned grass species. Thanks to them the grown turf takes on a marvellous, dark green colour and compact, smooth structure. All plants included in this selection show excellent frost resistance and handle periodical drought periods very well. Care requirements of the grasses of the "Boiskowa BIS" lawn mix are rather average. The recommended mowing height is 4 - 5 cm. This mix is particularly recommended for sports grounds and other heavily used areas. Excellent resistance to tearing, friction and treading combined with excellent regeneration capabilities are arguably the most important assets of this product.

The productivity of this grass selection is estimated at 40 m² / 1 kg of seeds.
