Cauliflower ‘Trevi’ is a variety which features a one-of-a-kind green head. The head remains green after the plant has been boiled and has a mild flavour that can be described as one between broccoli and cauliflower. Cauliflower ‘Trevi’ is intended to be cultivated in the soil and should be harvested in the autumn.
Growing: sow the seeds in pots or in pallet planters from April to May. Plant out into the soil in 40x50cm spacings from June to early July. This variety requires moist fertile soils.
