Daffodil "Banana Splash" (Narcissus) is a variety with a split corona that immediately catches the eye with its timeless beauty. It stands out from the other popular daffodil varieties not only with the looks of its blooms, but their size and height of the flowering stalks that grow up to 50 cm, too. "Banana Splash" narcissus develops in April the buds, from which yellow-white flowers with charmingly frizzled corolla scales develop. This plant takes on an erect and compact habit, consisting of the flowering stalks and linear, dark green, erect leaves.

Daffodil bulbs are planted at the end of summer and beginning of autumn, preferably in larger groupings, counting 10 to 15 plants. This presented variety does not have any special requirements in regard to the soil – it should only be permeable and moderately rich in organic matter. The bicolour "Banana Splash" daffodil blooms look great in arrangements with blue grape hyacinths, crocusses and snake's head.
